Your subscription payment fails or credit card was declined. Find out how to manage payment failure problems.
If your credit card was declined while making a payment, this is normally a result of your bank’s automated systems.
If this happens to you, please make sure your credit card information is correct. In case of a transaction failure, we recommend first trying an alternative credit card, or giving it another try with the same credit card again but at a later time. In most cases, this would solve the issue.
Moreover, when your account has enough balance but the system still shows the following indication - 'Your card has insufficient funds' you can continue your transaction with PayPal.
