Status: Working on Fix - Files Being Restored

What's Happening

Some of your images and other uploaded files are currently missing from your presentations. This happened because a setting was accidentally turned on that moved older files to storage where they can't be seen.

What We Found Out

Problem: Files that hadn't been used in the last 90 days got moved and are now missing from your presentations.

Why it happened: A setting got turned on by mistake.

What We've Done

✅ Fixed Right Away

• Turned off the problem setting - The setting that caused this has been disabled
• Started getting your files back - We're bringing all the missing files back
• Added better monitoring - We're now watching to make sure this doesn't happen again

🔄 Getting Your Files Back

• Timeline: All missing files will be back within 3-4 days
• Automatic: Your files will just appear back in your presentations - you won't have to do anything
• Need something now? You can re-upload any files you need right away

Preventing This From Happening Again

We're implementing better checks and processes to ensure that no one can accidentally turn on settings that affect your files without proper review.
