Update: Improved Excel Reports temporarily rolled back
We want to sincerely apologise for the disruption you experienced today with our improved Excel Reports feature.
📣 What happened:
Excel reports in the improved version have been taking up to 1 hour to generate due to the extensive data processing required for the new features. We made a trade-off in favor of data richness, but we've learned that report speed is non-negotiable for many of your workflows.
⚒️ What we've done:
To immediately address your concerns, we've rolled back to the previous version of Excel Reports. Your reports should now generate at their usual faster speeds.
⚙️ What this means:
Unfortunately, this rollback temporarily removes the improved features, including:
Participant ID on all sheets
Correct Answers in Slides Report
Enhanced Quiz Answers with Time Spent and Answer Results
Separate Opinion Answers sheet
Dedicated Reactions sheet
Expanded Leaderboard details
Pivot source sheet

Our team is working to optimize the performance of the improved version while preserving all the enhanced functionality. We'll re-release these features once we can deliver them with the fast generation times you expect.
