Cancelling your AhaSlides Subscription

Find out how to turn off the auto-renewal of your subscription.

How to cancel (turn off the auto-renewal of) your subscription

Monthly plans will renew automatically after 1 month, and Yearly plans will renew automatically after 1 year. We will send you a reminder email 2 weeks before your subscription is renewed.

You can turn off auto-renewal anytime on AhaSlides, by using:

1. Using the 'Cancel subscription' button on the My Plan page.

If this option doesn't work, please try the second option below

After clicking the button, there will be 2 options that you can choose from:

1. Get extra free month: you can get 1 month for Monthly plans or 2 months for Yearly plans if you choose this option instead of cancelling your AhaSlides Subscription.
2. Continue to cancel: this will turns off the auto-renewal - you can of course still use AhaSlides until the end of the period you have paid for! With that in mind, you are free to make the renewal cancellation whenever you like.
   

2. Using the 'Cancel subscription' button on 'Billing' page 

To find this option, please click on your profile image and select 'Billing'

Or click the Manage button under the Billing section on the My Plan page

Then, you will see the 'Cancel subscription' button.

What happens to my presentations when my account is downgraded?

All of the existing presentations and results will remain in your account if you cancel your subscription. You will still have access to the free account features but will no longer have access to the paid features.
