1. Login to Your AhaSlides Account

Visit the AhaSlides website and log in to your existing account. If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one before proceeding

2. Select the Team Plan from Pricing Details

There are two convenient methods to acquire the Team Plan subscription:

2.1.  AhaSlides Pricing & Plans page

Click on the link provided to view pricing details Pricing & Plans | Flexible & Great Value | AhaSlides . This will direct you to the AhaSlides Pricing & Plans page, where you can explore different subscription options.

On the pricing page, identify the Team Plan and customize your subscription by specifying the number of licenses you require. You can adjust the quantity to match the size of your team.

After selecting the desired number of licenses, the total amount for the subscription will be displayed. Ensure that the details match your requirements before proceeding.

Once you are satisfied with your selection, click the 'Buy Now' button to initiate the purchase process. This will redirect you to the payment page.

2.2. Your "My Plan" Page

While logged into your account, access the My Plan page and scroll down to find the 'Buy More Save More' section. Here, you can customize the quantity of licenses to accommodate the size of your team.

Upon satisfaction with your selection, click 'Buy Now', then you will be redirected you to the payment page.

2.3. Your ''Team Members'' Page

While logged into your account, go to the Team Members page and click on 'Upgrade team'. This will take you directly to the  'Buy More Save More' section on the My plan page.

4. Enter Payment Information:

On the payment page, enter your credit card or debit card details as prompted. Double-check the information to ensure accuracy. Once entered, click on the 'Subscribe' button to proceed with the payment.

5. Set Up Team Plans and Add Members:

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from AhaSlides. This email will contain essential instructions on setting up your team plans and adding team members.

Follow the instructions in the confirmation email to set up your team plans. Add team members as needed, allowing them to access all the features included in the purchased Team Plan subscription.

How to Purchase Additional Licenses for Your Team Plan

If you already have an AhaSlides team plan or any subscription, you can easily purchase additional licenses for your team. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to 'My Plan':

   • Log into your AhaSlides account and navigate to the 'My Plan' section.

2. Select 'Team Up and Save More':

   • Scroll down until you see the 'Team Up and Save More' option.

3. Choose the Total Number of Licenses:

   • In this section, you can choose the total number of licenses you need for your team. To purchase additional licenses, select the total number of licenses that includes your current licenses plus the new ones you want to add.

5. Automatic Renewal:
