When you access your AhaSlides' Presentation List, you'll notice a streamlined view that displays only your presentations, folders, and team folders for improved clarity. The column on the left that used to show different workspaces - both personal and team - has been removed to simplify your navigation experience.
Team Owner's View
As a Team Owner, presentations located in your Team Workspace will now be organized into a specific folder. This folder will be easily identifiable in your presentation list (for example, in
"My Presentations") by a unique sticker, ensuring easy and efficient access. All your shared presentations and presentation folders with your team members are located in this team folder
As a Team Owner, you can share your folder with team members, granting them the following permissions:
- Editor: Allows them to organize, create, or edit presentations within the folder.
- Viewer: Restricts their access to only viewing and presenting presentations.
You can also remove team members from the shared folder or presentation
Additionally, you have the option to rename this folder by clicking on the '3 dots' icon located on the right side of the folder. Any changes will be reflected on your team members' side as well.
Team Member's View
As a Team Member, any presentations or folders that you've been invited to collaborate on will appear in the 'Shared with Me' tab.
From here, you can choose to Leave a presentation/folder that they've been invited to edit by right-clicking on them (or clicking on the 3-dot button on the right side), then choose 'Leave'
