Billing information and Invoice/Receipt

At AhaSlides, we make it convenient for customers to access and download invoices and receipts directly from our website. Here's how you can manage your billing information:

Change Billing information


1. Log in to your AhaSlides account.
2. Click on your profile image and select 'Billing & Payments'



Or go to the My Plan page, then click the 'Manage' button



3. On the billing page, update your information:
  1. Click on 'Update Information'


  1. Fill in the required billing details and click 'Save' to confirm the changes.


Download Invoice or Receipt with Billing information

Once you've updated your billing information, you can effortlessly download your invoices or receipts:

1. Navigate to your 'Invoice History' and click on the specific invoice you want to download.



2. You'll be redirected to a page where you can choose to download either your invoice or receipt.




Updating your Tax ID

While you have the flexibility to modify your tax ID for future invoices, please be aware that such changes won't be retroactively applied to current or past invoices. To ensure accurate tax information, it's advisable to update your tax ID before making any new purchases.
