How to Change your Subscription

Managing your AhaSlides subscription is straightforward with the updated billing system. Whether you're looking to upgrade for more features or downgrade to a different tier, you can make these changes directly from your account in just a few steps.

Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

1. To change your subscription, start by logging in to your AhaSlides account and navigating to the Billing section:
  1. Click on your profile image and select Billing
  1. Or click the Manage button under the Billing section on the My Plan page


2. Click on Update subscription


3. Click "Select" next to the plan you want to switch to, adjust the quantity of licenses (if you want to purchase more for your team plan or reduce the number of members), then click Continue


4. Select Confirm to confirm your updates

What Happens When You Downgrade

If you are downgrading, the excess amount will be converted to a credit balance that can be used for your next renewal or future purchases/upgrades.

For example, in the image above, the user will have a 95.84 USD credit balance after confirming the downgrade from Pro Yearly to Essential Yearly.
