AhaSlides Presentation Report and Individual Participant Report
The AhaSlides Presentation Report provides detailed insights into your audience's engagement with your presentation. It includes statistics on participant interactions and written feedback, helping you evaluate your presentation's impact.
The Presentation Report
What the report includes
When at least one person has interacted with your presentation, you'll be able to see a report containing the following:

1. Key Metrics
- Total Participants: The total number of participants who joined your presentation.
- Total Reactions: The total number of reactions from your audience.
- Average Submissions: The average number of submissions per participant across polls, word clouds, scales, open-ended questions, brainstorming, and Q&A.
- Accuracy: The percentage of correct answers on quiz questions.
- Rating: The average rating given by participants.
2. Detailed Breakdown
Participants Column: This section contains detailed information about each participant:
- Name: The participant's name (if provided).
- Leaderboard: Their ranking when participating in a quiz.
- Accuracy: The number of quiz questions they answered correctly, incorrectly, or left unanswered.
- Total Submissions: The total number of submissions they made across polls, word clouds, scales, open-ended questions, brainstorming, and Q&A.
Feedback Column: This section shows all the feedback collected during the presentation, along with the overall rating score given by the audience.
How to Find your Presentation Report
There are two ways to find your presentation report on AhaSlides.
1. On the editor, click the 'Report' button in the top right toolbar and it will take you to the 'Participant Report'
2. On the My Presentations dashboard, hover over your presentation and click the purple 'Report' button, this will also take you to the 'Presentation Report'
By utilizing the insights from your Presentation Report, you can refine your approach and enhance audience engagement in future sessions.
Viewing the report of each session
As the Presentation Owner, you can view reports for sessions conducted by both you and your collaborators. A new session is recorded each time anyone resets the presentation's results.
To see all sessions, you can open the
report page of the presentation, and click the
Session list box next to the presentation owner's name. A pop-up window with the list of session will appear for you to select:
Collaborators added as Presenter will only have access to reports for the sessions they've conducted:
Understanding the Timestamps in the Report
- Latest session date: This shows the most recent update to the session.
- Previous session dates: These reflect the moments when a user reset the results, which marks the end of each corresponding session.
Share your report via a link
When opening the Presentation report, you will see a Share button. To share your report via a link, click the Share button and select Share report via link. Then, you can click Copy and send the share link to others. Anyone with the link will be able to see the Presentation report.
The Individual Participant report
The Individual Audience report offers in-depth insights into each audience's responses. This allows presenters to examine each person's answers closely, helping to identify areas where individuals may be struggling or excelling. Presenters can then tailor their presentation to better meet the needs of the audience. Furthermore, this report can be used to evaluate how engaged individual audiences are with the presentation.
What does the Individual Participant Report include?
The Participant Summary provides a comprehensive overview of each participant's activity during your presentation. It is divided into several key sections:
- Name, Email, Organisation: Displays the participant's name, email address, and organization (if provided during registration or login). If the participant joins anonymously, this information will not be available.
2. Activity Summary
Participant activities summary on polls, word clouds, scales, open-ended questions, brainstorming, and Q&A
- Total Submissions: Shows the total number of submissions the participant made for each interaction type (polls, word clouds, scales, open-ended questions, brainstorming, and Q&A). Participant activities summary on questions with correct answers (Quizzes/ Polls with correct answer).
- Accuracy :Displays the participant's overall accuracy rate for quiz responses.
- Final Score: Shows the participant's final score on quizzes.
- Ranking: Displays the participant's ranking based on their quiz performance.
- Participant Reactions: The total number of reactions submitted by the participant during the presentation.
- Participant Feedback: Displays the rating provided by the participant to the presenter, reflecting their overall impression.
3. Participant Details
This section provides a detailed breakdown of the partiipant's interactions.
a. Participant activities details on polls, word clouds, scales, open-ended questions, brainstorming, and Q&A:
- Polls: Lists the specific responses provided by the participant.
- Word Clouds: Shows the participant's contributions to the word cloud.
- Scales: Displays the ratings given by the participant on scale questions.
- Open-Ended: Lists the submitted responses.
- Brainstorm: Lists the ideas submitted by the participant.
- Q&A:
- Questions Asked: Lists the questions posed by the participant.
- Votes Given: Shows the number of votes cast by the participant for other participants' questions.
b. Participant activities details on questions with correct answers (Quizzes/ Polls with correct answer):
- Participant's Answers: Displays the participant's response for each question.
- Correct answers: Show correct answers for each question.
- Answer Status:
- Correct: The answer provided is correct.
- Not Correct: The answer provided is incorrect.
- Not Submitted: The participant did not answer (due to time being up or failure to submit).
- Response time
- Points Earned for Each Answer
- Personal Points: Displays the points earned by the participant for providing the correct answer.
- Team Contribution Points: Shows the points contributed to the team’s overall score if the participant was part of a team.
- Participant details feedback: Displays the full ratings and comments provided by the participant to the presentation and presenter.
How to Find Your Individual Participant Report:
To locate and access your Individual Audience Report within AhaSlides, you can follow the steps:
- Access Your Presentation Report: You can follow the guide in the How to Find your Presentation Report section above to open the Presentation report.
- Access the Individual Audience Report: To view the Individual Audience Report for a specific participant, simply click on their name within the participant list. Doing this action will display the detailed report for that individual.
