How to use the Remote Control function
With the Remote Control function, you can now move freely while seamlessly advancing your slides. It also makes it easy for a colleague to control the presentation, even if you're the one presenting.
While in editing mode, you can click on the arrow on the right of the Present button to see the Remote control menu:
There are 2 options:
- Click Start to present immediately, and the Remote Control window (which you can freely reposition) will appear. This option lets you use your laptop/PC screen to control the presentation, while showing the main presentation to your audience on a larger screen or projector. It's ideal for presenters who need to manage their slides on one screen and display them on another.
- Scan the QR code or copy the link to use the Remote Control function on a separate device. This option is ideal for presenters who prefer to move around, as you won't need to be at the presenting computer. It also allows a different person to take control of the slides easily, without requiring account access or direct use of the presenting device.
